TLRacing sells aftermarket parts, accessories, components, and related products intended for electric motorcycles, electric dirt bikes, e-motos, e-bikes, and similar vehicles.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, products sold by TLRacing are aftermarket products and are not manufactured, sponsored, endorsed, or approved by the original vehicle manufacturer.

References to vehicle manufacturers, models, or brand names are used solely for identification, compatibility, and fitment purposes.

Installing aftermarket components may affect a vehicle's braking, handling, performance, reliability, safety, factory warranty, or legal status.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their vehicle and intended use.

3. FITMENT AND COMPATIBILITY

TLRacing makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate fitment and compatibility information. However, vehicle specifications may differ between models, model years, production runs, and modified vehicles.

Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility with their specific bike, model year, configuration, and existing modifications before purchasing or installing a product.

Some products may require additional hardware, adapters, adjustments, or modifications.

TLRacing is not responsible for installation costs, labor charges, vehicle downtime, or other expenses resulting from incorrect product selection except where required by applicable law.

If you are unsure whether a product fits your bike, contact TLRacing before purchasing or installation.

4. INSTALLATION AND SAFETY

Many TLRacing products are performance-oriented vehicle components. Improper installation, adjustment, maintenance, or use can result in product failure, property damage, serious injury, or other hazards.

Products should be installed by a qualified and knowledgeable person familiar with the vehicle and component involved.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all components, fasteners, mounting hardware, controls, brake systems, and related parts are properly installed and inspected before operating the vehicle.

Do not ride or operate a vehicle if any component appears damaged, loose, improperly installed, leaking, excessively worn, or unsafe.

5. BRAKES AND SAFETY-CRITICAL COMPONENTS

TLRacing sells products that may include foot brake systems, brake calipers, dual-caliper mounts, rotors, adapters, brake controls, and other safety-critical components.

Modifying a vehicle's braking system may significantly change braking performance.

Brake components must be properly installed, adjusted, bled where applicable, inspected, and tested before normal vehicle operation.

Following installation, customers should test the braking system at low speed in a safe and controlled environment before normal riding.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the completed braking system and vehicle are safe and functioning correctly.

6. OFF-ROAD, RACING, AND COMPETITION USE

Certain TLRacing products may be intended for off-road, closed-course, racing, or competition use.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is legal for use on public streets, roads, trails, parks, tracks, or other locations.

TLRacing does not guarantee that every product sold on our website is street legal or approved for use in every jurisdiction.

Customers are responsible for complying with applicable vehicle, equipment, licensing, registration, safety, and traffic laws.

7. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Operating and modifying electric motorcycles, dirt bikes, e-motos, e-bikes, and other motorized vehicles involves inherent risks.

By purchasing, installing, or using TLRacing products, you acknowledge that aftermarket modifications can change a vehicle's braking, acceleration, handling, performance, and other operating characteristics.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, customers accept responsibility for the proper selection, installation, inspection, maintenance, and use of products purchased from TLRacing.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

8. PRODUCT INFORMATION

TLRacing makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, specifications, and compatibility information.

Minor differences may exist between product photographs and the item received due to manufacturing revisions, production batches, lighting, photography, screen displays, or other factors.

TLRacing reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and update product information when necessary.

9. ORDERS AND PRICING

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website and may change without notice.

TLRacing reserves the right, where permitted by law, to limit quantities, discontinue products, correct pricing errors, reject fraudulent orders, or cancel orders.

If TLRacing cancels an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

10. SHIPPING

Shipping and delivery times provided by TLRacing or displayed during checkout are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Carrier delays, severe weather, incorrect addresses, customs processing, natural events, and circumstances outside TLRacing's reasonable control may affect delivery.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.
