TLRacing Products are designed for off-road, show, or custom applications. These Products may not be street legal in every jurisdiction. It is the Buyer's sole responsibility to confirm the Product's legality for their location and vehicle before use.
TLRacing, along with its owners, employees, affiliates, manufacturers, and distributors ("we," "us," "our"), assumes no responsibility for any injury, accident, death, damage, or loss arising from the installation or use of these Products.
2. NO LIABILITY FOR MISUSE OR MODIFICATION
These Products are intended for use by individuals experienced in motorcycle customization and safety practices. Improper installation, use, or alteration of any Product voids all warranties and releases TLRacing from liability.
We are not responsible for issues arising from:
-Improper installation or assembly
-Installation performed by unqualified individuals
-Use on a vehicle the Product was not designed for
-Post-purchase modifications to the Product
-Use in racing or high-risk environments
-Lack of routine safety inspections or maintenance
3. SAFETY WARNING
Custom motorcycle parts can change your motorcycle's handling, stability, and braking characteristics. Exercise caution and thoroughly inspect the installation before riding.
We strongly recommend having all Products installed by a certified professional mechanic to ensure correct fitment and safe operation.

-Limits any liability, where applicable, to the amount paid for the Product

By purchasing and using these Products, you acknowledge that:
-You accept all risk associated with installing and operating the Product
-You are responsible for ensuring correct installation and safe use
-You will comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding aftermarket vehicle parts
-You release and hold harmless TLRacing from any claims or liabilities related to use or misuse of the Product
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All logos, branding, and design elements tied to TLRacing Products belong to TLRacing. Unauthorized copying, resale, or misrepresentation of the Products is prohibited and may result in legal action.
7. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
Unless otherwise stated, TLRacing Products are sold "AS IS," with no express or implied warranty. Fitment, performance, or appearance claims are based on general compatibility and may vary by make/model.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This disclaimer is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
